Region VII Seminar Program

The Arizona Society for Histotechnology is a society dedicated to the advancement of histotechnology and related sciences such as immunohistochemistry and molecular biology.

The Officers of the society are;

The program for the Region VII Seminar/Conference has been finalized. The program includes basic, adanced, and management courses. We will also be having a general membership meeting, and installing the new ASH officers. We are looking forward to a great turnout, see you all there.

The National Seminar/Convention, held in Denver, was a complete success this year and I wish to thank all of the Arizona members that helped out. Next years Seminar/Convention will be held in Pittsburgh, for futher information on the National Seminar/Convention and the upcoming NSH 2008 Summer Symposium, June 20-21 in Albuquerque NM. go to the National website NSH.ORG

 

The society has been instrumental in developing of and supportive of 2 new college programs promoting the science of histotechnology 1 program in Tuscon Arizona at Pima College, and a second program at Phoenix College in Phoenix Arizona.


The society is a member of Region VII of the The National Society for Histotechnology, Region VII is comprised of the southwest and western mountain states which are Arizona, Colorado Utah, Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho.
